Yaron Eitan

• From 2014 to 2018, Eitan was the Managing Partner of Colombus Nova Technology Partners alongside Andrew Intrater.
• Eitan’s relationship with Andrew Intrater extends far beyond their leadership roles at CNTP, underscoring a longstanding and multifaceted business partnership. Their shared corporate affiliations and numerous joint directorships reflect a deep, collaborative connection that began in the early 2000s, well before Eitan assumed a formal role at CNTP.

Cyalume Technologies Holdings, Inc.

Cyalume was one of the first companies in which Eitan and Intrater collaborated. As Cyalume’s 2017 SEC filing reveal, Eitan was the first to be listed in the company in 2006, and not long after introduced Intrater and Epstein, who also served as a director in CNTP, into the company’s Board of directors in the years 2008 and 2009. 

In 2012, Eitan and Intrater nominated Zivi Nedivi as President and CEO, and Dale Baker as COO. Both Nedivi and Baker have since become key executives and Directors at Nano Dimension, where they continue to play pivotal roles in the company’s leadership.

Selway Capital Acquisition Corp.

Moreover, Eitan and Intrater both served as Directors of Selway, an investment company. Notably, Eitan, who also held the position of CEO at Selway, signed SEC filings on behalf of Andrew Intrater back in 2011. This illustrates the significant level of trust and collaboration between Eitan and Intrater.

Intrater has been identified as Vekselberg’s US-based representative, and Yaron Eitan was a managing director at CNTP alongside Intrater. The two individuals have a long-standing business relationship which extends past their CNTP postitions.
