The Deep Ties between Intrater, Eitan, and Yoav Stern

Yoav Stern, Yaron Eitan and Andrew Intrater have a long-standing, deep and repeated financial relationship:

In 2002, Yaron Eitan founded DVTEL Inc., a video surveillance and artificial intelligence company. Edmondo Gonzalez, CNTP’s Operating Partner, joined DVTEL’s Board of Directors in 2008 and served alongside Yaron Eitan until 2015. DVTEL, which specializes in high-tech software and hardware, was acquired by FLIR Systems Inc. in late 2015.

In 2002 Yaron Eitan founded DVTEL as mentioned in Nano Dimension’s SEC filling. DVTEL is a video surveillance and artificial intelligence software & hardware high-tech company, which was acquired by FLIR Systems Inc. in late 2015. Edmundo Gonzalez [CNTP Operating Partner] joined DVTEL’s Board of Directors since 2008 and sat along with Yaron Eitan until 2015.

In 2011, Yoav Stern became the President, CEO and Director at DVTEL and sat along with Yaron Eitan and Edmondo Gonzales in the Board of Directors until 2016.


Iscon Imaging

Iscon Imaging is a whole-body imaging solution, mainly used for security in airports.

According to Iscon Imaging’s archived website, since at least December 2014 until October 2017, Yaron Eitan, Andrew Intrater and Yoav Stern were the only Board Members.


Bogen Corporation

Yaron Eitan was the Chairman of Bogen between 1989-1998.

Since 1995, Stern served as a director and since 1997 he served as Co-Chairman of Bogen Communication International and Bogen Corporation

Geotek

Yaron Eitan founded Geotek in 1989 and was the Chairman and CEO of the company until 1998. Geotek is an international wireless communications company focused on mobile business solutions for small and medium-sized companies.


The Quid Pro Quo Between Eitan, Eli David, and Yoav Stern

Yaron Eitan was appointed to the Board of Nano in January 2020. Eli David was appointed to the Board of Nano in January 2021.

Following their appointment, Eitan and David appointed Stern himself as director and Chairman in March of 2021. Consequently, Nano bought DeepCube in April 2021. 

The conflict of interest and apparent quid-pro-quo is self-explanatory.
